Refund policy

Returns Policy: 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a refund up to 20 days after your item has been delivered.

Please be mindful that at KOA LOUNGEWEAR we do not provide refunds, instead we will issue you a store credit.

To be eligible for a return your items must: be unworn, have no stains or marks (including fake tan and/or makeup), in the original packaging and be in the exact same condition that you received it in. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Once we have received your items we will check them to ensure that they meet KOA LOUNGEWEARS criteria. If they meet our criteria you will be eligible for a store credit.

INCORECT SIZING:

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to swap it for another size then please ensure that you meet our return policy requirements, then email us and we will arrange for your new size to be shipped once your items have been returned and checked.

FAULTY ITEMS:

At KOA LOUNGEWEAR we thoroughly examine each item. If on the rare occurrence your item has been delivered faulty than please contact us within 5 days of delivery with images and proof via email @infokoaloungewear@gmail.com. You will be provided with a full refund or store credit.

SALE ITEMS:

Please keep in mind that all SALE items can not be returned or exchanged.
