Returns & Refunds

Everything you need to know about returning, exchanging or reporting an issue with your KOA order.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a return up to 20 days after your item has been delivered.

Please be mindful that at KOA LOUNGEWEAR we do not provide refunds — instead we will issue you a store credit.

To be eligible for a return your items must:

  • be unworn,
  • have no stains or marks (including fake tan and/or makeup),
  • be in the original packaging, and
  • be in the exact same condition that you received them in.

All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Once we receive your items we will check them to ensure they meet our criteria. If they do, you will be eligible for a store credit.

Incorrect Sizing

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to swap it for another, please ensure you meet our return policy requirements, then email us. We'll arrange for your new size to be shipped once your original items have been returned and checked.

Faulty Items

At KOA LOUNGEWEAR we thoroughly examine each item. On the rare occasion your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with images and proof via infokoaloungewear@gmail.com. You'll be provided with a full refund or store credit.

Sale Items

Please keep in mind that all sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
